Today I walked for a good hour and all my steps were registered. Initially, the app displayed my walk and all the related data. Then I added an hour of gardening, post walk, as a other activity and the data for my walk disappeared. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I disconnected my Luxe and reconnected it and the data still did not appear. I finally added it manually. Also, my Fitbit account is linked with my LoseIt account and I get a bonus calorie allowance for activity. This was initially registered but has now disappeared as well.

@supermom56 Hopefully it's just a one-time glitch. It sounds like you did everything right and there's likely nothing we can do to recoup the lost data. Sorry I don't have a better answer, but sometimes these glitches happen. It's frustrating.
