Hello, my new Fitbit Luxe stopped working while I was working as a MRI.
My older Charge 2 worked just fine for about 4 yrs.
I have read other people having no trouble with various Fitbit trackers.
How can it be fixed?
Thank you

Hi there, @MamaTWB. Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would like to advise that all Fitbit devices contain ferromagnetic materials that may be attracted to an MRI scanner. Due to that we recommend that you avoid using Fitbit devices in the vicinity of MRI scanners. Note there's no way this can be fixed, I am sorry for any disappointment.
Thanks for your understanding, see you around.
