Weekly exercise not showing in chart on Sundays-Luxe

I recently bought a Luxe and have a daily and weekly exercise goal. I've met my daily exercise goal the last 2 Sundays, but it did not show up in my 5 day "weekly exercise" chart. Every other day that I meet my exercise goal it shows up and counts toward my weekly goal. I am using the Android app on my phone. Per advice from other forums, I have tried logging out of the app and restarting my phone, but it is still not showing up.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

In this case, I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Luxe by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643765418953.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
