What kind of charger is required with Luxe?

I lost my charger. Can someone send me a link to the right one? I ordered a “luxe” replacement charger from Amazon and it’s not the right size. I need one that connects to three ports / dots on the back and can’t find it online. Thanks!

Hi @Tdawg123 Here is the LINK to the Luxe charger on the Fitbit Online Store. You may have accidently got the Inspire2 cable which is smaller, but similar in shape.

@Tdawg123   I don't know where you are located, but Amazon (US) has a Fitbit brand Luxe/Charge 5 charging cable, if you need it in a hurry.  The Luxe charger only has two prongs on the back, despite the fact that the Luxe has four gold ports on the back.  There is another reason to get a Fitbit brand charger.  There is a button in the charging cable you can use to restart your Luxe if the screen freezes.  I can see from other Amazon images that many third party brands don't have that button.
