I have a Luxe Fitbit and I love it. Today after I synced my app on my iPhone, the app stayed at zero. I have 3,440 steps already.

Hi @DRBeck try restarting your Luxe a few times, that often takes care of glitches. Rebooting your phone might help, too. Let us know what happens. I have a Luxe too and love it.
