It’s fine to have some whimsically colored off-kilter clock face designs but why can’t there be at least one simple display with date, time, steps, and heart rate? It’s really disappointing that there’s no minimalist interface to match the sleek hardware, just goofy confusing graphics. When will there be more clock faces?

Hi @Ltww,
Fitbit doesn't usually announce things like that, but if I had to hazard a guess, it would be in a future firmware update.

I'm using the one that is all white text with one stat in the center that you can tap. Very minimalist.

It’s incredible that we have to ask for this.

I agree. I’d like more options that show HR and steps. I also think it’s disappointing they knew the launch would be in June and yet didn’t offer any of the fun pride themed watch faces.

Honestly, the clock faces are awful. Too many that are similar without enough choice. I like to see both steps and heart rate when I look at my clock face. And, the time.
None of them that I can see allow you to look at both steps and heart rate at the same time. Many of the ones that allow you to see one stat are unreadable as the stat is too small to read even with reading glasses on. And, many of the ones that allow you to scroll through stats require you to scroll through stats I am not interesting in.
This Luxe replaces a Fitbit Inspire and functionally it feels like a downgrade (although the Luxe is pretty).

I agree, I am very disappointed by the range of clock faces. There is only one which offers step tracking but it is a gauge instead of actually displaying the number of steps. I really like the look and feel of the Luxe but I miss my old Charge 2 clock face!

Sorry to double post but I can't edit. After fixing some syncing issues and trying some more faces I have found that it does retain your choice if you tap through the options so that is one positive. It would be nice if we could see more than one stat at once though.

@Kap2803 I noticed this as well, but still - the fact that we have to tap three times to see the four pieces of information (time, date, steps, heart rate) that the Charge 2 easily provided (with fewer pixels) is wild.
Somewhere at Fitbit there's a product designer who decided nobody who owned this watch would get to read time linearly. It makes me wonder if they're even aware of ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

Not really when the white numbers are SO big. I REALLY want to see a clock face where the time is all in one line, not stacked on top of each other
