Where's the Heart rate monitor?

I can't seem to find where to see the heart rate on the watch or in the "apps" . Kind of one of the main reasons I bought it. 

 

Advertised as 24/7 heart rate.

So, you have to pick a watch face that has it in there as a tap through option. It's not a separate screen or "app" in the watch. The default watch face as it and a few others. The one I had picked of course didn't.

Swipe up from the bottom of the clock screen.  All your stats are there.
