White screen on Luxe

Why my Luxe become white and scrolling all the time? Despite version upgrade and restarting many times!

Thank you for letting us know about this situation and for all your efforts.

I suggest you try to change the clock face. Then sync your Luxe with the Fitbit app and if needed restart your device one more time.

The flickering white light is on the face of the watch all the time no
matter what I do!

However, it is still able to record my steps and sleeping time and update
my fitbit app.

What should I do now?
