Why can't I log my water intake directly through my Fitbit luxe?

I am disappointed that I am unable to log my water intake directly through my new Fitbit luxe. It is frustrating to have to go through so many menus on the phone app to try to enter it. I don't always have my phone with me when I get a drink of water so I regularly forget to add it by the time I get back to my phone. It is also very frustrating to have to go through so many menus on the phone app to try to enter it, it makes me not want to bother with it. I wish this option could be added directly to the Fitbit luxe device.

@Carolyngk23 It would likely require an app on the Luxe in order to log your water directly on the device and the Luxe doesn't have an app store or app store capabilities.  Logging water on the Fitbit app only takes a few taps.  I opened my app and got to logging water in less than two seconds.  Perhaps your Fitbit app should be on the home screen of your phone?
