Why is my luxe Fitbit needing to be recharged after only two days?

My luxe watch needs to recharged after only two days.  When it gets below 50% it won’t even come on?

Mine is doing this too.  It dies when the battery is even at 60%.  It will just go dead, I put it on the charger and do the restart and then it comes to life, but the battery will then look like it completely dropped to 4%.  It's doing this every other day or so.

I have exchanged 25 emails with Fitbit support about the Luxe losing a charge after two days!  This began six weeks ago with change the charger, the outlet, clean it, restart it, etc.  They wanted me to send a picture of the UPC code and I did.  Then they asked for more bull**ahem**!  They are ridiculous!
