Why is my new luxe watch only holding a charge for one day?

I am disappointed with this new luxe watch, I have had it for less than a month and it first started holding a charge for three days and I called on this and they had to reset my watch, that lasted for a week at still 3 day hold and now today it's only been one day and it's down to 5% which yesterday at 9:03am it was 100%.  Are all these watches duds as I am seeing a lot of complaints with it?

Apparently the latest update messed up and now the battery life isn’t what they advertised. I like the size of the Luxe. More comfortable. But it just isn’t as stable as some of the other models l, and maybe the smaller size has something to do with that.

The size is the same as my old Alta HR watch that had a fantastic battery life, this one is very disappointing and will let them know tomorrow.
