My sleep score doesn’t show up on my Luxe or app right away. After I sync my device with the app on my phone, it’ll show my score on the app. After a second sync, it will finally show on my luxe as well. Any way to make it show my score on my device without having to sync multiple times?

@HungryHowie , the short answer is no. Once you are awake and up in the morning and sync your Luxe the app will gather the data from the Luxe and the Fitbit servers will analyse it and provide you with your sleep score on the app. Your Luxe simply gathers the data. It cannot analyse it because it does not have the computing power.
Once you have your sleep info and score available in your app, and sync your Fitbit, the sleep score will be sent back to your Luxe and the score will be available on your “Today” screen.
Your Luxe is working as designed.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Hi there, @ReeBee92. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.
If your phone does meet the requirements, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?
If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and get back on track. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
