Hi, just looked at the new luxe... you can pre order luxe as a package with gold link bracelet...,, will you be able to purchase the silver as a package also?

At the moment, we have one Special Edition or package as you mentioned which is the gorjana Soft Gold Stainless Steel Parker Link Bracelet. There is no information if more Special Editions will be available but if there is any update, it will be communicated as soon as possible.

I also am looking to only buy silver/platinum. My mother doesn't wear gold jewelry and we (my siblings and I) are buying her a new Fitbit to upgrade her old one. The Luxe is the PERFECT fit for her and we were so excited to look into pre-ordering the platinum gorjana set for her for Mother's Day. It is upsetting that in order to get the platinum set, we would have to pay $130 more than the gold. It seems odd to not offer the same special edition set in both metals. Not everyone's skin tone or preference is for gold, and it leaves a bad taste with the "silver lovers" out there. I urge you to strongly consider adding the platinum option for for $249 special edition price. I'm sure many customers would appreciate it.

I am vey disappointed the silver chain is not avail as a package. Currently, to get the silver chain, you would have to buy a silicone band you do not want, which is wasteful as it will end up in the trash, and it also costs 50.00 more doing it this way. I am baffled Fitbit would do this. 😕

I would like to be updated as to the platinum package also. It was available to pre-order with no release date. Then when the date was released, the platinum package was discontinued. Please shed some light as to this horrible marketing concept. I would like to upgrade my fitbit, but am discouraged in the company's nickel and dimeing. I went to Bestbuy where I make all my electronic purchases so I can earn points and the gorjana is not available to them to offer to customers. Please advise, thank you.

Has there been any update on the Platinum?
You say "Feel free to contact us at any time." ... How do I do that? More importantly, how to I find out about the Luxe with a platinum stainless steel Parker Link Bracelet?

When I follow the link, (For more information please click here.) the only option for contacting Customer Support is via Twitter.
I do not have Twitter account.
I did create a FitBit account, why can I not use that to chat with Customer Support?
