So I have a new Luxe (I've been wearing for 2 weeks. It was showing stress management scores and now it isn't the past few days. I'm getting my steps, heart rate, sleep score, etc is all fine, just no stress score.
I've contacted customer service- twice. Once they said to restart my Luxe and restart my phone, which didn't work.
I contacted again, and they said to uninstall reinstall app, which I did. Also didn't work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since you've already contacted our Support Team, I recommend keeping the conversation with them. Our team will let you know what are the next steps to follow or try.
Nevertheless, if you haven't done it already, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don’t I see my stress management score in the Fitbit app?" and follow the instructions.

Thank you. The standard response in the link you sent unfortunately is of no help. As mentioned, I'm already doing the things I need to do in order for the score to show up, and it has shown up randomly, even giving me a core already for today before I even got out of bed?
I've contacted customer support three times now, to no avail. Will have to reach out for a 4th. And now the sleep score isn't showing either. Looks more and more like I'll be returning this device and looking for another more reliable device. I can't be continuously contacting support for something that's brand new and not working.
