You can’t reply to support. There is no way of contacting anyone. I’ve googled Fitbit returns address and fitbit uk returns and it all directs you to contact options that don’t work or a policy which is not worth the a thing. I’m so frustrated with fitbit!!

Hi, @Lutonairport , if you are in the UK consumer law states that the initial responsibility for returns is the retail outlet where you bought your device, so unless you bought it online direct from Fitbit you should take it back to the store and do not need to wait for a response from Customer Support. Of course if you bought from the online Fitbit store then you will have to contact them..
