The time on my luxe is incorrect (1 hour and 13 minutes). And I can’t sync the Fitbit to my phone. I already tried to reset, check updates etc but nothing works 😞

Same issue! I followed all the steps of unpairing and trying to pair again and it’ll stuck, can’t pair my luxe anymore

Strangely, as I wrote on this page about inability to pair with my phone, it came up that it had paired. Don’t know how but correct time and date now.

Mine started doing that this week too. It's driving me nuts. The point of a watch is to have the right time.

Ok update , it finally worked and here’s what I did.
unpair your Fitbit, restart phone, restart Fitbit , fully charge the Fitbit and when I tried pairing I actually removed it off of the charger and it paired and synced (it says you need to keep it charged but that kept failing for me).

Glad it worked for you. I tried and mine is still the wrong time.
