Zone Minutes affected by vibration?? Is our data accurate?

I have owned a Fitbit Luxe for about a month and I'm still learning all the features.  Last night I was reading up on Zone Minutes are.  I reviewed my minutes for the last three weeks.  They are mostly between 40 and 80 zone minutes/day.  But, there are a few days with a real bump.  One day last week registered 691 zone minutes.  Checking my calendar I see that I was driving 6 hours that day.  It was all highway driving, very smooth.  I got no exercise.  How can this be?  I have now totally lost faith in all the Fitbit data I'm receiving.

Zone minutes are based on heart rate.  Vibrations could add steps but should not affect Zone Minutes.

I suggest looking at heart rate chart for the days with high zone minutes to see if you have long stretches of elevated heart rate and can think f what you might have been doing during that time.

Or just click on the Zone Minutes circle on phone app for the day and it will list the activities and see if you can correlate anything form that.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Very interesting. The data shows that my heart rate was in the cardio and
fat burning zones during the 6 hours that I was driving. And, there was
very little traffic. I will watch this in the future and see if it holds
true. This may mean that you get zone minutes for being stressed out!
