My luxe has stopped recognizing exercise automatically. This morning I ran for 20 minutes and the steps and active minutes were tracked, but it wasn't counted as exercise. The app is updated, I have forced quit, logged out, turned bluetooth on/off, and have hard reset my luxe device. I've been using the device for 6 weeks and this is the first time I've encountered this problem. Any ideas for how to fix this?

Hi, @kmflower13 Fitbit has been having server issues for the last 24 hours or so and it may very well be that that is what has been the issue with your auto recognised activity. Unfortunately I cannot predict whether when the issue is fixed your morning run will be there (fingers crossed it is!) but either way, if it was recognising well before it probably should be all right moving forward - once the Fitbit server issue is resolved.
In the meantime there are no fixes for individual users - it is a matter for the Fitbit engineers. Please check back again here later for any updates.
