My Fitbit dashboard on my computer no longer works. I used this daily. Logging food, record of workouts, sleep patterns. This is most disappointing. I liked it better than my Apple Watch. I hope Fitbit fixes this.
I have contacted Fitbit on same problem twice and have been told both times that they are working on it and will let us know when fixed. Umm! Maybe third time is a charm?????
I have the same problem, it's a real pain, I have a grey screen where my previous stats were. I don't want to have a small screen app I want to use my laptop, so if I can't I shall be ditching fitbit for another brand.
