fitbit luxe not giving me alerts of text messages

my fitbit luxe normally gives me an alert (vibration) that I have received a text message or phone call.  I find is useful when my phone is on silent and even when the phone is on normal setting as I do not always hear it.  Recently the vibrate mode seems to have stopped working and I don't think I have done anything to change the setting.  Can anyone help?

I’ve tried everything. It works for a little while then the same problem over and over. Frustrating and no resolution.

My luxe stopped vibrating for text messages and calls also.  I did an update and shut my phone down but still not working.  It used to work fine……

The update must have addressed part of the problem.  My luxe now vibrates when I receive phone call (always used to work).  I’m still not getting notified about text messages.  Hopefully they are still working on it.

I’ve had the same issue. This is my second luxe in 2 months and I lose its connectivity several times a day😠

I am now receiving both text and call notification, not as quickly as I used to but much improved over the last few weeks.

Same thing happened to me. I finally realized I had unknowingly turned the Do Not Disturb Mode to ON. It’s the first setting that’s revealed when you swipe UP. 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:

Thanks but my DND was not on.  Seems after updates my problem resolved, although there is a lag between message and notifications.  Better then nothing

Guess I reported back to soon.  I’m no longer getting notifications of text.  This is getting old!
