i want to remove my charge 4 device (which I know how to do) from my account and replace it with the new Luxe I bought. I'm not getting any prompts and there aren't any buttons on the tracker to activate after I've charged it.

Hi @wilful611 - To add the Luxe, after removing the Charge 4 from your account, you have to open the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account > Set Up a Device. Follow the prompts to set up your new Luxe. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
