I just did a search before posting this question, and there were literally dozens of other threads for other Fitbit models, thousands of users who are baffled and frustrated by having their Fitbit light up randomly at night while they're tryingto sleep. Mine actually glows from the BACK of the unit, this is without me touching the screen at all. It's distracting and actually makes it HARDER to fall asleep!
I just looked through every settings/options/preferences menu I could find on the Fitbit App, and there is no such thing as "Quick View" unfortunately, as some other users have suggested. I do already have my device's settings on "Sleep Mode" ....fat lot of good that does though! Does anyone who actually OWNS a Luxe know to fix this, and better yet WHY on earth does such an unwelcome and bizarre "feature" (bug?) even happen in the first place? Do the Fitbit engineers even understand what sleep is? This device couldn't be more user unfriendly if it tried.

Now if only the Luxe model had an option for this! I just looked through every settings/options/preferences menu I could find on the Fitbit App, and there is no such thing as "Quick View" unfortunately. Like thousands of other customers, my Fitbit also intrusively lights up at random times as I'm trying to sleep, without me even touching the screen. How do I fix this, and better yet WHY on earth does such an unwelcome and bizarre "feature" (bug?) even happen in the first place? Do the Fitbit engineers even understand what sleep is?

@DJMAKT have you put your Luxe on sleep mode so that the screen doesn't turn on at night? That green light is your heart rate monitor - that can also be turned off. Luxe Manual

Hello @DJMAKT as with the Charge line, these settings are on your Luxe.
You have the same choice. When heading to bed, place the tracker into Sleep Mode. You will have to disable when wakeing up h(pages 14-16 for navigation)
Or set a sleep schedule and leave your tracker with sleep mode enabled. Your sleep schedule will determine tge times the Luxe will be in sleep mode.
Your Luxe User Guide may be found through the below help link. Or tap the below help link to the interactive user guides and search for Luxe Navigation
Your Luxe has the same Navigation as the Charge 5, not the previous Charge models, and I've moved you Luxe based question to the Luxe board. Correction, I've merged your posts
Yes your Luxe has the same options as the Charge 5
