iMessages won't come through my Luxe

Hello!

I’m able to receive call notifications, both incoming and active, but I’m not receiving text notifications. I’ve toggled everything I can think of (Bluetooth, notifications in settings and Fitbit, unpaired and repaired, etc.) and restarted my luxe. 

Can someone help me solve this problem??

Hi there, @ES1218. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Fitbit Luxe before reaching out. 

As a firs approach, please try restarting your phone's Bluetooth (toggle it off and then on).

If the issue persists, try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".
