luxe metal band

I spent a lot of money on the prerelease luxe and silver stainless steel magnetic band. This band is awful! Within a couple of months the attachment would not stay inserted into the luxe device. Customer service is quick to answer which is a plus and they sent me a new band. The new and old band both have such a strong magnetic pull that it attaches to my door of my car, my badge at work, patient railings etc. It is constantly detaching from me and falling off. Afraid I may lose it or it will break the screen. It is infuriating! My luxe also demagnetized last month and they sent me a new one. I much rather have it all returned but apparently am not able to get a refund. Would not recommend this device. I will say Fitbit has really great customer service and are very kind workers. Previously had the Alta when it was new release and it stopped working after a couple of years so I updated to this model. Extreme dislike for this device and would not recommend especially for the cost.

Hi @SunsetRunner have you considered using their sports band, it's not magnetic. My Luxe is great, but I have the basic band.
