I miss my sleep score. I've read up on the issue and I think I've tried all the possible solutions: I've switched wrists; I've tightened the strap; I've flipped the face of the fitbit to the underside of my wrist; I've restarted my fitbit and my phone (several times). Still no sleep score. I have an iPhone 13 - not sure if that has anything to do with it. My app shows that the luxe is updated - version 20001.171.50. Its fully charged (I charge it every day).

Also, I read somewhere that there is something in settings to turn on sleep score but that is not available in my settings.

I have the same problem. Only had the Luxe a week. Gave me a sleep score for 3 nights now nothing only a basic graph. Have reset Fitbit, changed wrist, sensitivity, fully charged, placed higher on wrist, have 6 months free premium and have joined, messaged support twice hence the above measures is all their advice and still not working. Beginning to wonder if Fitbit faulty

My sleep score is back this morning!! Yay! I've no idea why as I didn't try anything different but I'm happy to see it and hope it continues ... fingers crossed!
