Hi all!
I purchased the luxe this week and so far I’ve only been able to get my accurate sleep one night. Almost every morning when I wake up the heart rate isn’t being tracked (even though my band is tight and sitting higher up on my wrist)
I’ve tried restarting the device every morning to try to fix it and so far it’s only worked for one nights sleep. Any other insight??
