when i tried to dismiss a wake up timer, while was half asleep, my Luxe somehow got onto the stopwatch screen and now I can't get it off and back to any other screens.
Try doing a restart from the charger. Put your Luxe on charge and at the end of the charger is a small black button (can be hard to see). Press this 3 times (pausing for about second inbetween each press) and it should restart. The fitbit logo should show up once it restarts and then hopefully it will be back at your main screen.
Yes, thanks, that worked perfectly. But, FYI, it would be very helpful to add "at the USB port end of the charger, there is a small button...." I had 2 magnifying glasses out, trying to find a button on the tracker charger end.
