my Luxe is not recognising my walk as an activity

Hi there.  My Luxe is not recognising my walk as an activity and adding it to my weekly total of 5 activities.  It is counting the steps.  My settings say it will automatically recognise a walk of 15 minutes or more.

It shows yesterday's walk on my dashboard.  The walks are also listed in my exercise column they didn't count it as an activity.

It counted the steps I walked this morning.  Steps are are showing on my dashboard but there is nothing to say I went on a walk in my exercise column and it is not counted towards my weekly activity.

I folks.  Please ignore this - it just took a long time for it to register - it is there now.  Apologies :).  Didn't know how to delete the post

I’m having the same issue. It recognized my walk but not my run today.

@Mellie76 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your report.

There can be various reasons why your activities were not recorded or recognized.

For example, the activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.

You paused for more than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker might "think" the exercise was over.

I recommend restarting your tracker and setting different start times for activities. For example, set it to 10 minutes for a walk, 15 for a run, 20 for an outdoor bike ride, etc., and/or ignoring the activities you don't use.

You can find the instructions for this here.OpenCan I change how my activities are tracked?
