my fitbit hasn't had the proper date for over a week. It is a day after the realtime.

I need help resetting the date and time.

@joannel_purkis Your watch needs to sync to your phone in order to give the correct date and time. I'd try a couple of things to get this working again:

  • Remove the device from your phone's bluetooth and add it again
  • Remove the device from the Fitbit app and add it again
  • Uninstall the Fitbit app from your phone and download it again
  • Last resort is to perform a factory reset the device
