I had a Fitbit Luxe with Gorjana band but it kept falling off (the latch wouldn't stay latched where the band attaches to the device). After sending photos and working with the Chat-Bot, I was allowed to return it and ordered another. I really like the Fitbit Luxe, and carefully took it out of the box, attached the strap - and this one falls off, too. I'm afraid the screen will crack, or I won't even notice it fell off. I read of other posts that their straps fell off and sometimes a new strap fixed the problem and sometimes it didn't. Since I just got it should I ask to return it, too? Thank you

Hi @JMJensen3 have you gotten with support about the latest band issue? Might be worth asking them. I have the Luxe with the original band, not the special Gorjana one and haven't had any problems.
