If you go to your Dashboard and click the settings icon on Steps (it looks like a cog), you will be able to increase the number of steps required to hit your daily goal. If you are hitting 12,000 steps on average, why not increase your goal to 20,000?

Losing weight is more about what you eat than exercise.
Fitbit wont help you lose weight anless you eat less.
Its great that you are being active!

That is a lot of walking. I would be concerned that your body can become conditioned to the same exercise, so I would suggest doing something different if you wanted to increase your exercise.
