Yep! You need a plan!! Eat when you make dinner for your family - take easy to care food w/you on your way to school - for breaks - peanut butter and an apple - granola and a banana, hummus and veggies.
I find having healthy quick choices available makes it easier for me to eat healthy.

Monday night, I ate dinner. Then I threw some greek yogurt in a tub and some granola in a ziploc to mix in later. I dropped some leftover grilled chicken on a tortilla, covered it in cheese and wrapped it in a paper towel. That was breakfast and lunch for the next day. Probably took 10 minutes including the weighing and adding to the next day's log, which I did right then since I had the bar codes and everything.
If you're a fulltime worker, student and mom, then you especially need to find 10 or 15 minutes to get your food ready for the next day. You don't have the time to wait in line at a drive-thru or find someplace to eat, but you probably need the better quality food and nutrients even more than the average person does.
One big help for me is to cook more than I need, then have the leftovers. So, for instance, when I had the grilled chicken on the tortilla with cheese on top - the chicken was left over from when I made enchiladas because making a little more doesn't take much extra time. I had grated the cheese too, and just grated extra. So at that point, it just came down to piecing it together, which takes no time at all.
