keep moving
all that time sat watching tv, stood cooking etc, jog on the spot, it all adds up
start low and slowly increase your step target, if you set your daily step too high, chances are you might give up
recommened daily step is 7k per day, when you can do that without any trouble, then increase it to 8k, 9k or 10k etc
your fitbit is just part of the weight loss, you need to watch what you eat etc, link it to myfitnesspal.com

Hi,
Three months is plenty of time to lose 20 lbs. Do hill climbing on treadmill for 1 hour 5 days week. Set incline to 15 and speed to 4.7mph. If that's too difficult at first make adjustments. Workout during the morning on an empty stomach. The night before make brown rice part of your dinner to give you energy for the next morning. Reduce your sugar intake. Try replacing all snacks with Quest Protein Bars. Eat brown rice and lean meats several times a week( baked fish, chicken). Drink All Whites Brand 100 % liquid eggwhites right out the carton after each workout session to help maintain your muscles. Drink a gallon of water a day to keep you hydrated and reduce muscle fatigue. Also purchase Vitafusion Energy B12 Adult Vitamins Gummies to give you additional energy. Do not consume any energy drinks. No sugar free or zero calories drinks of any kind. You can drink 1- 3 sparkling ice water each week if you get tired of plain water. All of this info is your recipe to lose the 20 lbs.
