Hello everybody! I am a 27 year old from Northern Idaho as well as a frequent visitor of Austin, TX. I am currently a full time university student studying psychology and sociology, part time unveristy employee for the foundation, as well as a part time intern working with autistic college students. I originally purchsed my fitbit for the silent alarm that it provides. I found that if I can remember to take my ADHD medicaiton regualrly (3x a day) my impulse control is greatly improved. My old habit (prior to diagnosis at age 26) was to drive through the McDonalds in the morning, because I forgot to fix breakfast. Then about the half the time I would forget to bring lunch to work and buy lunch on campus. By evening I was so caught up in homework and projects that I would forget to eat, suddenly find myself starving, and grab whatever I could stuff in my mouth so I wouldn't pass out (which I did do a couple times 😞 ). Thankfully, aside from being 150lbs overweight, I am healthy and taking back control of my life! WWPP Calculator has been a huge wakeup call about what kind of junk I have been putting in my mouth. Over the past two and a half weeks not only have I taken my medication on time, I have stropped drinking soda, feel amazing from eating whole foods, dropped 19lbs, joined water aerobics (my friends call me a fish out of water) and increased my daily average steps from around 1,000 to between 4,000 and 5,000. I have a long way to go on this journey and would love to take those steps with other wonderful people along the same path 😄

@sparkly_blonde Thanks for sharing your story with us! It's awesome to hear that you changed your habits and that now you're increasing the amount of steps that you do daily, I hope you're still doing this great job. How many steps do you do now? How's everything going in your weight loss?
