I am new to fitbit forums, I would like to propose this 5 week challenge as a way to stay focused for the next 5 weeks.
My thought is that anyone who wants to participate set their own goal for the challenge based on his/her particular situation.
I personally would like to lose 10 pounds during the 5 weeks, based on whatever my starting weight is on Monday 5/30.
I have found this kind of accountability to be motivational in the past.
Thanks, Sue

Count me in! I'm DETERMINED to lose 15 pounds (or enough inches to fit into two skirts that are a tad snug; whichever comes first) before Thanksgiving. Here are my goals for these 5 weeks:
- drink a gallon of water a day
-hit my goal of 5 miles a day; three of which will be on my treadmill or a walk outside
-lose three pounds (maybe I'll be more apt to hitting my weight loss goal if I start small 🙂 )
-really need to cut back on my desserts 😉

Instead of 10 pounds go to a % weight . Someone that wejghs 350 lbs would lose 3% to get to 340, wheras someone weighing 175 would lose 6% to get to 165.

Try another USB port if you can. Also, if you don't regularly reboot your computer (ie. I don't) sometimes a reboot could be another step.

lost 8 lbs 2 short of my goal but, im on my way been walking everyday and eating cleaner, slip up every once and a while but doing much better than before I actually try to eat food that is more nutritionally dense.
I LOVE pizza, i could eat it every day and i had it for dinner a couple of weeks ago how disapointing it just did not do any thing for me i felt like i was missing something. GO FIGURE!, well im off to go enjoy my fourth of july, with friends and eat very well we are bbqing so the menu in in my hands lots of grilled veggies it really fills you up and tastes really good
to all those that made your Goals CONGRATS!!! and to those how fell short keep on chugging it will happen sometimes it just takes longer!!!!!
