Id really like to not look lumpy. Im doing a lot of walking (avg 17000/day) and random mat stuff at the gym. My ideal would be to drop from 146 to 136 or less (Im 5'2). Is this possible? I feel like I should have lost by now...

Hey, do I got the diet for you! Wait, this isn't spam. I got this "green detox" from a magazine once and now its my go-to when i need a quick lost of pounds. I've lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks before and I always loose at least 5 pounds. It's from a legit source, you don't have to buy anything and its very healthy (unless you got underlying health problem). Yes, you can eat, its just being vegan for a couple of weeks, or just one if you want.
Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr -- you can look her up, she beat a rare cancer and she gives credit to going vegan and drinking lots of green juice. Of course, thats not for me to say if its true or not.
