Wow, that’s impressive, especially in such a short time! I see (from your profile) you’ve only been on the Fitbit bandwagon for three days. I hope your new Fitbit will support you during your next weight loss bout. What did you use to stay on track during the first bout?

Losing 90 lbs in 4 months is amazing.  I have similar goals, but am not moving at the pace you are.

@Tallguy31 Well I would love to join you on this journey.  I've lost 32 pounds in 3 months and have 122 more to go, so I'll be around for a long time.   I am enjoying my fitbit, Christmas gift from my wonderful hubby, and I use it everyday and it is the best tool around for me.  4 months, wow, what did you do?  I would love to lose that much weight in that short of time, great job.

just hard work, diet right, and always keep moving. take my multi's and my CLA and I am good to go. Ill be around for a long time too. Glad to hear from ya, and hope to hear from you again 🙂

Congratulations on your success so far! I have 75 to lose, so I would love to join you in the next phase of your journey. I lost 70 a few years ago, though I did gain it back. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.

Those are big numbers to lose.  I've never had to lose no more than 5-10 lbs.  So for someone who actually loses 80 or more pounds that's a big accomplishment.   That take a lot of work and discipline.
