According to the FDA, many weight loss supplements contain a dangerous additive which can cause serious side affects, and should not be taken. I don't use any type of weight loss supplements, but if I did this would really cause me concern.

Changing food habits is the best way. When eating try tuning into your precious body what your hunger level is.. and notice when the body says having enough (even if there's calories left according to the food plan when logging foods), see how it goes..
