I have done 10,000 steps a day for six days out of seven. One day I did 18,000 steps. Well, I didn't lose any weight this week. Weight is still 119 lbs. Persist, persist, persist. Candy--give up for Lent.

Its not all about walking. Its more about what you eat.

You can’t equate weight loss with step count: it’s as @WendyB said, one side of the equation is missing, your dietary intake.
Instead of being frustrated by the lack of weight loss, consider the benefits of being more active: 10k+ steps (active) vs. 3-4k (sedentary) is going to be more beneficial (health, fitness, well-being, longevity etc.) for you than weighing 115 vs. 120 lbs (both of which are likely to be in the healthy weight range for you anyway).
