I am trying to figure out the best way to decrease my Body Fat %. I have lost 20 pounds with the help of the fitbit and am now at my goal weight, but I would like to decrease my body fat % and gain lean muscle. I have Aria in on the Lean mode it says i'm 8.4% (I wish I was but don't think its that accurate) on the regular mode i'm 17% (I don't think this is accurate as well) I think i'm somewhere in between.
Never the less. I am watching trends and try to stay away from focusing on the numbers.
I do a 30min HIIT work out 5 times a day. I Have been working, and watching what I eat.
Daily Calorie Composition: 40% from carbs, 27% from fat and 33% from protein, on average.
Any advice or do I just need to be more patient.

Here is a scientific formula for you.
Male optimal weight = 4 times height (in inches) less 128 (and that's for about 10% body fat).
Likely, you should not be much lower than that weight.
