Hello everyone
I'm new to FitBit and really want to make a concerted effort to get fit. I have lots of weight to lose (more than 5 stone), so will also be rejoining Slimming World next week as well, I'm vegetarian, so find this plan works well for me.
Is anyone else in a similar position and want to buddy up? Be great to hear from you if so!

I've had my fitbit for a few days now and will hopefully start working out next week. I have just restarted slimming world but will be doing it from home on my own instead of going to a group. I have around 2.5 stone to lose.

Hi ladies
I'm in the middle of my SW journey and have just bought my zip to get me moving more.
My question is, do you log your food on here or not? I think SW wouldn't really 'fit' with tracking calories when following extra easy. Does this make a difference to your stats?

I did start logging my food on here, but as it's all American products and doesn't really fit with the Slimming World ethos, I've stopped. My FitBit is really encouraging me to get moving though - I started SW again last Wednesday and also want to lose at least 3 stone by June! We can do it guys!

Hello all I too have rejoined SW and needed something to get me moving more so invested in a fitbit zip. Have used it for a few days and was surprised to see how few steps I did even after being to gym!! Now making a concerted effort to move more as have 2 and a half stone to lose. We can do it and encourage each other along the way any useful tips for both food and exercise would be appreciated my weigh in day is Thursday so will update then. I was doing dry January but ubnfortunately Friday was a very wet day in fact its been rather a wet weekend!! Good luck everyone:woman

I've only just rejoined last week, but lost 6lb in my first week! Don't think I could manage a "dry" January along with all this excercise as well though! lol!
I really like SW as I'm a vegetarian and like the unlimited carbs and the fact most things we don't have to bother weighing or measuring. I have a big appetite and It always seems like I eat a lot more (allbeit healthier) when I stick to plan and still lose weight.
How are you guys doing?

I have just received my fitbit yesterday and i am also doing slimming world 3/4 way through my journey looking for friend or two to spur my excercise levels. wish the food diary was uk as it does not recognise alot of our branded foods think i will opt out of food diary.
