Is it a hoax? Or is it like any meal replacement? Any better or worse?

I did Isagenix last year and I liked it but it was too expensive to continue.
I liked not having to think what to have for breakfast and lunch as it was the shakes.
My bro-in-law lost a lot of weight on it but has gained it back since he stopped.
I have never done meal replacements before so I cant judge.
I found the part with having the cleanse days difficult to get through.
Good luck if you decide to do it!

Thank you! Very helpful. My mom and I were curious. They are having their convention here in Dallas and lots of people are talking about it. Now I know!

I know this is an old topic but I started using Isagenix last June 28th and am down 68 pounds. I still use their products and sell them because I feel they are amazing and changed my life! I recently purchased the fitbit and aria to keep me in check on my jouney and help me lose the last 32 pounds.

I have been on my weightloss journy my entire life it seems like, but recently I started a program called Isagenix. I have to say I have never felt so amazing and seen results like this with any other diet. The plan has both good an bad reviews, people even say it is a scam/cult. This could not be futher from the truth. I used to sit at my desk at work hungry and tired, go home and sit on the couch and watch TV. Now I am alert at work, never starving or thinking about my next meal and when I go home I have the energy to play with my puppy, clean my home and do projects. Working the program, using my awesome fitbit and Myfitnesspal together has changed my life in so many ways! Is there anyone else on this program or thinking about it out there? I would love to connect with people!

haven't used it, so i can't speak to whether it's a scam or not. the question you should aks yourself or research is, "what happens when you stop using their products?" another poster mentioned someone they know gained all the weight back.
i looked at their site a couple months ago (see this thread) and some of the statements threw up a lot of red flags:
again, this is just my 2 cents.

I agree with Carl. In the end, it comes down to changing your lifestyle. You have to eat healthier and do the work. Even if this stuff makes you thin and light, if you revert to two Baconator's a day, you'll put it all back on.

I found Isagenix two years ago. I was looking to lose weight and just feel better. I knew a few people using the products at the time so I did my research and asked lots of questions, especially about what was in the products. The company has a no compromise policy when it comes to the ingredients. There have been products that were unavailable at times because they won't just buy from any supplier, etc. I decided to give it a try. In two months, I released 30 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 2. I had my energy back and felt amazing for the first time in a very long time.
Fast forward to today, and I haven't gained back any weight... still a size 2. 🙂 I do still use some of the products because they are clean and the nutrition can't be beat. It was getting started with Isagenix that gave me the push to learn more about nutrition and health. It helped me change my lifestyle... it's not a diet! Now I read ingredients, I know what my portions should look like, and I stay informed.
As for price, you get what you pay for. I got started for about $10 a day. When you start to really look at it, it is a matter of redirecting some of your supermarket shopping. For my husband and I, we actually started to save money on food each month. A few months in, I did start sharing the system with others and started to get my products paid for. They have a very generous compensation plan that has allowed me to continue to eat for free for about the last 1 1/2 years.
I am aware that not everyone agrees with systems such as these and I am only expressing my experience with the products. I hope this helped to answer your question.

I started taking it a couple weeks ago and love it! I have so much more energy than when I started and have been sleeping sound. Two reasons I was looking for a cleanse. I'm done with my 9 day cleanse but will continue taking the shakes and capsules. 😃 Congratulations on your success!
