Anyone looking to lose 10-15 lbs?

I've been trying to put on some size for a while, but now it's time to shed some of the fat.  Anyone else looking to lose about 10-15 lbs right now?

I'm hoping to lose about 10 to 15 pounds by July. Are you thinking about putting together some type of challenge? Or were you just curious? haha! Smiley Happy

Wow, it sounds like there is a lot of interest, that's awesome!  Yeah, lets do a challenge since that seems to be the best way to go about it 🙂

There isn't a specific challenge, more just to have the goal to lose the weight and do it as a group 🙂  Feel free to join the group that I linked above.  It will be a fun place to share ideas and motivate each other!

I sure need to loose about 16 full pounds to get to my goal weight...plus I am going on a carnival boat trip and would love to wear a nice bathing suit. Motivation Motivation I need

I may be a little late responding you have probably already lost your 10 to 15 pounds but I am always looking to lose that amount of weight let's get started . Judy

I've lost 15lbs in the last 60 days and have around 12lbs to go :-)... I haven't done any cardio in this time but I do lift weights... I've only had my Charge HR for like a day though, so it seems I had my calculations right. Strict diet is key... My Fitness Pal really helps and it integrates with fitbit!

I actually have about 15 lbs I'd still like to lose and my wife and I are starting a new workout on 8/3!  Super excited about it!
