I am really interested in the Bowflex Max that was recently launched but have yet to find any personal or professional reviews that aren't of the sponsored variety. Anyone out there tried one out yet?

Hello
I have recently bought the M3 trainer. The assembly was pretty straight forward and took about 1 hour.
The workout is very hard compared to an elliptical. I was in bad shape but started over the past few month to get myself in shape again. Walking, Yoga and my elliptical comes easy know, so I thought I was ready for the M3. I could maybe do 7 minutes the first time. After some continuous use I built up quickly and now I am finishing the whole 14 minute program and feel good afterwards. The workout is low impact and does not bother my knees or lower back. However the position takes some getting used to and is very awkward when you are tall. I am 6.3 and it feels strange, but my wife is 5.3 and she likes it.
If you want a bigger challenge than an elliptical but without high impact then this machine is for you.
The quality feels good but not gym grade.
I can recommend it.

@odo3 does your fitbit work when using your M3 trainer? I'm curious if it calculates steps and/or stairs climbed, activity minutes, etc. when using the machine as I too am looking into possibly purchasing one.
