Anyone with a fitbit aria scale want to do a one month challenge for August

I am looking to start on August 1- August 31. Weight in weekly with your fitbit aria report?

Just in case you’re not aware of it, you can link your Fitbit account to a free service called Trendweight, which will then be able to pull your weight data & body fat data and display it in a smarter way (IMO) than Fitit does. This is what my weight for the past 4 weeks (June 26 to July 26) looks like:

You can choose from a number of pre-set periods and also define your own. You can also share your dashboard data via a personal link with friends (for instance, mine is: https://trendweight.com/u/a6d188e004a242/).

 

Oh, Trendweight works best with daily data. Many people weigh weekly in order not to be exposed to the daily fluctuations, but Trendweight eliminates these with the red curve (trendline) it drawns.
