PW - previous week's weight/weigh-in

LW - last weight/weigh-in

GW - goal weight for the challenge

MGW - mini goal weight

UGW- ultimate goal weight

Good question where is everyone?  

Not dropping quickly at all. Down only 1.6 lbs since Apr 3rd and I was wishing for more loss. Oh well it is the right direction. Just one more week to mother's day so I will try to lose a bit more.

Let's keep going this week and move more and eat better food.

My new goal for May 12th is to end lower than I started. Having a hard time getting back into the groove.

I know what to do, just having a hard time doing it.

Hi All,

I was distracted by way too much family stuff.

Time to re-focus, re-commit. This doesn't work for me unless I make

it a top priority and pay attention all day, every day.  

It did get quiet here, but Barbara,  you are picking up momentum.  YAY.

I however, did not do as well:

Current starting weight - 204.2 (4/1/19)

LW - 204.8

CW - 206.2

GW - 195.0 (5/12/19)

Stretch goal weight - 193.0

UGW - 150.0

 

Ended higher than I started. I now have 1 month before I go to Vegas with my sister. Let's see what I can do.

 

I will be starting the May 12th to July 4th 2019 thread this evening. See you all there!

Hi all

OK on Mother's Day I made it to 151.4 again, not my low this time but a small loss. After Mother's Day with Lasagna Dinner this morning I'm 153.  Focusing on not eating late at night again. See you in the next challenge. 

Got excellent lipid panel results so at least the healthy food is helping me.

Excellent results!!!! 

Here are my slow mo loss results. -3.4 lbs I'll happily take it. Bounced off 150.4 a couple time so now I want to get into the 140's.
