I found a fix for getting my Aria 2 to recognize me again and also to give a fat% reading. 1. I changed my goals for weight and body fat in the app. 2. I put in fresh batteries to the scale. 3. I weighed myself 5 times consecutively with socks on and confirmed that the weights were being recorded in the app and assigned to me. 4. I removed my socks and weighed myself 5 consecutive times. The first time, the question mark in the head came up and my icon, so I tapped the right side of the scale. After that, the scale correctly identified my icon and my body fat %. Glad to have this working again.
