I've not used aromatherapy for weight loss, but I have learned what scents will trigger my hunger and stay away from them when ever I can. We are bombarded with scent choices ... hand creme, soap, air fresheners, candles, hand sanitizers, etc. I stay away from anything that smells like food that should be avoided ... cake, frosting, pumpkin pie, etc.
I stick to "healthy" scents ... apples, cinnamon, fresh linen, etc.
Usually, I try to buy unscented products.
