Hey guys, I have had my fitbit for a big two days now and I have seen a difference in the way that I move to keep trying to reach goals but I wanted to see some real weight loss results! Please share with me some before and after or some before and during photos!

I used to weigh 215 pounds (This was my weight last January on the 20th when I got my fitbit). I seldom eat above 1000 calories and I always did 5 heavy duty workouts for 45 minutes and I still could not drop the weight. for over 20 years I tried various diets, exercises etc and nothing worked.
After getting the fitbit I added in the steps and found myself looking and feeling better. Friends would ask me how much weight I lost and even though I only lost a pound in the first month, I drop a couple of clothing sizes. Soon the weight started to drop as well. Now I am down to 165 pounds and I have gone from a size 20 to a size 8. I have increased the steps to keep challenging myself. If I knew that just walking could help you lose weight I would have done this years ago!
