After trying every diet I decided to have this procedure to lose 40 lbs. It’s meant for people who need to lose between 30-60 pounds give or take. It doesn’t take the place if exercise and eating healthy but the balloon makes you feel full with very little food. I’m getting it in 2 days!!

ill be be on a lot of protein supplements and continue to limit my carbohydrates.

I assume it’s the procedure called "intragastric balloon" here, right? First time I hear about it. I hope it will work for you. I like the fact it’s reversible (balloons are removed after a few months).
